This privacy policy “Privacy Policy” describes how Valuerize SL (corporate identity number B02936425) and all companies in the Group jointly called “Valuerize”, “us”, “we”, process your Personal Data within the framework of our operations. “Personal data” refers to all information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living natural person. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how and for what purposes we process your Personal Information.
We process your Personal Data when you use our services (the “Services”) in the manner set out below. We protect your privacy and comply at all times with applicable legislation aimed at protecting you as an individual. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis for how we process the Personal Information you provide to us or that we collect about you when you use the Services. For some of our Services, there are also special conditions that you must accept before use.
Different companies within the Valuerize Group can be either the person responsible for personal data or the personal data assistant, or jointly responsible for personal data, with regard to the processing of Personal Data we perform.
We strive to maintain a high level of privacy protection. Valuerize processes Personal Data primarily to administer, provide, develop and maintain the Services, optimize your experience of the Services and to communicate with you.
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you. The method of notifying you varies depending on which of our Services you use and when. The new terms will be published on Valuerize websites.
If you provide us with Personal Data regarding your organization’s personnel, you are responsible for Valuerize being allowed to process the Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Valuerize only processes your Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.
Valuerize may collect Personal Information directly from you when you use the Services (eg digital evaluations of leaders ‘and organizations’ values and culture and various web-based leadership development programs, as well as newsletters). We may also receive and transfer Personal Information about you from and to companies within the Valuerize Group or partners (eg from franchisees to Valuerize or from your employer in connection with your participation in training arranged by Valuerize for your employer). We use various methods to collect Personal Information about you. Depending on the Service you use, the collection method and purpose of the treatment may vary.
Valuerize will process your Personal Data for the purposes set forth below, as well as the purposes described to you in connection with the specific Services you use. When it is required by law that we obtain consent from you, we will obtain consent before processing takes place.
WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?
MANAGE CONSULTING EFFORTS
If you or your employer orders consulting contributions from us, we process your Personal Data for the purpose of providing, managing, administering, following up and invoicing completed consulting contributions.
It is necessary that you provide the information we request in order for us to handle your or your employer’s order. However, you decide for yourself if you want to provide information. When you order for another, you are responsible to us that you have permission from the other person or persons that Valuerize processes its Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Storage period:
One year after the consulting effort has been completed, invoiced and paid for. Thereafter, your Personal Data may be stored provided that Valuerize has the right to do so via an agreement with your employer. Longer storage times may occur depending on the application of applicable laws.
NEWSLETTER
Treatment based on your consent
If you subscribe to our newsletter by consent, we will process your Personal Data in order to send you our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can easily object to further processing for this purpose by unsubscribing directly from the mailing. If you object to further processing, your Personal Data will be deleted or anonymised (unless such Personal Data is processed for other purposes related to our Services).

HOW LONG IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAVED?
Your Personal Information is stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of our processing. We will then securely delete or de-identify your Personal Information so that it can no longer be linked to you. During each treatment specified above, there is a defined storage period.
Valuerize thins Personal Data in accordance with the law applicable at any given time and in accordance with the above criteria. This means e.g. that Valuerize deletes or de-identifies your Personal Data when the purpose of the processing is fulfilled.
TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA AND RECIPIENTS WITH WHICH WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information with third parties. We never sell your Personal Data and Valuerize will always enter into the necessary personal data processing agreements with the companies that process your Personal Data on our behalf. This is in order to ensure an adequate level of security for the processing of personal data.
HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?
Valuerize has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against e.g. loss, tampering or unauthorized access. We continuously adapt our security measures to the continuous technical development in order to maintain a high level of security.
OTHER APPLICATIONS / WEBSITES
Valuerize Services may contain links to other applications and / or websites that are not controlled by Valuerize. This Privacy Policy only applies to your use of Valuerize’s own Services. Valuerize is not responsible for the content of linked applications / websites and the processing of Personal Data that may be done by owners or operators of these.

Valuerize uses cookies on its digital Services, which in some cases automatically collect your Personal Information (eg IP address and behavioral patterns). We use cookies in order to improve your experience and security of our digital Services. YOUR RIGHTS

Access to your Personal Information
You have the right to request, free of charge, to receive a confirmation from us that we process your Personal Data, and request access to the Personal Data that we process about you, together with information about the processing and your rights in connection therewith, a so-called register extract.
Request correction
If you believe that a Personal Data that we process about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request correction of the Personal Data. In order for us to change information about you, you need to contact us (see contact information below). Valuerize is not responsible for problems that arise as a result of your Personal Information being incorrect if you have failed to inform us about it.
Withdraw consent with future effect
To the extent that we process your Personal Data with the support of your consent, you have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent to the processing. The revocation does not apply retroactively.
Deletion
You have the right to request that your Personal Information be deleted. However, this does not apply to Personal Data that we process according to law or agreement with you.
Submit a complaint to a regulatory authority
If you are not satisfied with our processing or for other reasons believe that we have processed your Personal Data incorrectly, you have the right to submit a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority.
